PIF Private Sector Forum: the operational year
PIF held the Private Sector Forum on 9 and 10 February 2026 in Riyadh, at the King Abdul Aziz International Conference Center. The Forum is the Fund’s primary touchpoint with the Saudi private sector and a window for international operators to read where PIF is heading next.
What the Forum signals
The Private Sector Forum brings together PIF leadership, portfolio companies, and partners across the Saudi market. Its purpose is to align Saudi and international companies on the procurement and partnership priorities behind Vision 2030, and to reinforce the operational layer between PIF’s capital and the businesses that build the country.

Why this edition matters
The edition opened the operational year for PIF’s 2026 to 2030 strategy, which the Board approved later in April 2026. The strategy structures investment around six ecosystems: Tourism and Travel, Urban Development, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrials and Logistics, Clean Energy, and NEOM. The Forum sets the tone for how PIF expects portfolio companies and partners to align with that framework over the next five years.
What it means for international operators
For foreign companies evaluating Saudi entry, the Private Sector Forum is a signal of intent. PIF is moving from rapid growth into sustained value creation, and the partnership pipeline is widening alongside it. Companies that align with one of the six ecosystems and engage early through the right local channels are in the best position to be considered as PIF deploys the next wave of capital.
